Healthy Practices



Hand washing is a very important part of the school's daily routine. The chidren wash their hands when they arrive at school before going to the classroom. During the day, they wash their hands before and after meals, as well as, after playtime.



The Sunrise staff also wash their hands when they arrive at school. They are also required to wear indoor shoes.



Parents and visitors are required to wear protective coverings on their shoes before they can enter the inside premises of the school.

All school facilites, classroom materials and toys are washed and disinfected regularly.

The school nurse performs a morning check to the children when they arrive at school to make sure that are not sick or have a condition that can affect other children in the classroom.
